Paletas de maquiagem

Makeup has been part of the female universe for many years, one of the first records of the use of makeup is from Egyptian times, more specifically around 3,100 BC, where men and women used minerals to pigment the 'products'.

Makeup over the years has evolved and brought us new trends and new techniques, it is something that raises women's self-esteem, giving us that femininity that every woman likes, making us feel even more beautiful.

It's cool to see how much we can dare in this universe, influencers are very important when we want to buy quality makeup, we really like to be inspired and learn more and more because in this universe we always have a lot of new things.

“Considered an art by Egyptian civilization, makeup originated with kohl”, says physical chemist Inês Joeques, from the State University of Campinas (Unicamp). Kohl is a black pigment still used today as eyeshadow to highlight the eye contour and darken eyelashes and eyebrows.

This and other makeup ancestors would also be developed millennia later in Europe, both in ancient Greece and Rome, where they beautified not only women, but men as well.

After the fall of the Roman Empire (in the 5th century AD), however, the use of these products was practically abandoned in most of the European continent and, throughout the Middle Ages, religious thought spoke louder than vanity.

Makeup only had a strong resurgence in the 15th century, when Italy and France became the main manufacturers of beauty products.

Thinking about taking care of personal image and female beauty, brands invest in wholesale cosmetics.

At that time, the use of makeup was the privilege of kings, courtiers and aristocrats, who especially appreciated the powder and colored ointments that were used to paint the lips.

It was only in the 18th century that such artifacts began to become popular, even though they were not well accepted in all countries.

In England, for example, more conservative women avoided wearing them because they considered them vulgar and associated them with less than respectable customs.

This English prejudice also shared by Americans would only end at the beginning of the 1920s, which gave the necessary impetus for makeup to become a worldwide craze.

Eyeshadow palettes are essential for composing makeup, with them the makeup gains the highlight it needs, in addition to all the other items needed to compose the desired makeup look.
There is a diversity of sizes and colors, with vibrant tones, or more earthy to neutral tones.
To highlight the look, the color of the eyeshadow must be complementary to that of the eyes, which can even give the effect of changing the color of the iris. So, for green eyes, opt for lilac, violet, purple and wine colors. Blues, on the other hand, look good with earth tones, golds, yellows and coppers.

Being one of the most used colors in the world of makeup, brown goes well on any occasion.

Nude eyeshadow is the ideal choice for everyday life, as it provides a natural and discreet look. It highlights the beauty of the eyes in a subtle way, with a touch of elegance. It can be used all over the eyelid for a brightened look or as a transition in the crease to soften the colors.

Brown-eyed girls can wear eyeshadow in almost any color – lucky you! But if you really want to accentuate your eyes, look for salmon, bronze or gold tones. These shimmery products bring out any golden tones or undertones in your eyes. If your tone is more hazelnut, then try warm metallic tones, or aubergine, which makes the green tones stand out. If you want that “pop” effect, then opt for vibrant blues, greens and pinks to create contrast. But, if your eyes are very dark, almost black, then add a little intensity with a dark eyeliner and a smoky look. Dark eyes are ideal for creating that sensual evening look that we love so much.
